Many of our customers have asked about flavored Balsamic Vinegars. Rancho Olivos is now proud to offer you several flavored Balsamic Vinegars. We import these vinegars from Italy. Fermented fruit juice is blended with Italian Balsamic Vinegar.

Our Fig Balsamic is a delight. The figgy sweetness in this vinegar makes it a perfect glaze for roasted or grilled pork and lamb, sauteed chicken and baked salmon. It has enough flavor to dress a salad or veggies by itself or when mixed with equal parts Rancho Olivos’ EVOO. ,It is wonderful on roasted vegetables andon desserts.
