Freshly milled extra virgin olive oil is dubbed “Olio Nuovo” in Italy. Rancho Olivos' “New Oil” has a distinct fresh flavor and is crafted from a blend of five different Italian Olive Varietals - Frantoio, Leccino, Grappolo, Taggiasca and Pendolino Olives. It has a distinctive fresh grassy, somewhat pungent taste, with a peppery finish.
It is great on pasta with Parmesan Cheese and Pepper, in Pesto and with Tomatoes and Mozzarella in a Caprese Salad. It will bring any dish life that you use it on.
Our Olio Nuovo is only available while supply lasts and is available in 375ml and 750ml bottles. You won't find any fresher extra virgin olive oil!
